Following a competitive tender exercise, Michael Dyson Associates Ltd has been successful in being awarded a stock condition survey contract for Newlon Housing Trust. We are required to undertake 800 stock condition surveys to Newlon Housing Trust owned and managed properties, and 400 surveys to properties owned and managed by Hornsey Housing Trust, including the provision of Energy Performance Certificates. Michael Dyson Associates Ltd will work with Newlon Housing Trust over the coming months to complete stock condition surveys in order to provide them with robust planned maintenance forecasts, cost plans and reports.
