In partnership with Kirklees Council, we recently delivered design and retrofit services on this pilot retrofit project involving 8 council owned homes with E rated EPCs. Initial results have shown a reduction in carbon emissions by 50%-75%, saving tenants between £190-£350 a year on their energy bills. The retrofit scheme was also shortlisted in the Best Social Housing Category at the MJ Awards 2022. These images showcase the schemes journey of before, during design stages, and on completion.
