Congratulations to Senior Project Manager, Ben Dilley, who is celebrating 20 years’ employment with MDA.
Ben joined the company in 2002 as Trainee Survey Technician. As the company began to grow, Ben broadened his knowledge of non-traditional forms of construction through his involvement with numerous structural and condition surveys and successfully completing 4 years of day release study to HNC level in BTEC National Certificate in Construction. The experience Ben has gained over his 20 years at MDA has enabled him to manage projects and bring about the successful completion of fieldwork activities in support of a variety of survey programmes.
Ben recently said of his time with MDA “I can still remember my first day at MDA 20 years ago fresh from college as a Trainee Surveying Technician within the Engineering Team. Starting with no prior construction related experience or qualifications, MDA have been brilliant in supporting me throughout the years by providing me with all the training required to be able to gain the experience and qualifications I now have and to achieve my own career ambitions progressing to my current role as a Senior Project Manager within the Asset Management Team”.
