Following a successful tender via Fusion 21, Michael Dyson Associates Ltd were appointed by Citizen to undertake structural investigations to 38 high-rise blocks of varying construction. Michael Dyson Associates Ltd propose to work with Citizen to provide a tailored approach to the work ensuring value for money and a high level of service.
Citizen wish to determine the condition of the blocks and a red, amber, green priority list for works. Michael Dyson Associates Ltd are to complete a range of visual and invasive investigations to ensure all necessary information is captured.
