Michael Dyson Associates Ltd is pleased to confirm we have been commissioned by North Kesteven District Council to undertake a structural assessment on their whole stock of 748 non-traditional properties. Michael Dyson Associates Ltd previously undertook a structural assessment of North Kesteven District Council’s non-traditional properties in 2011.
The current assessment will provide an update on North Kesteven District Council’s stock of non-traditional properties to allow them to prioritise budgets for any repairs required to maintain the properties for a further 30 years.
