It is great to see the successful completion of this mixed tenure housing development for Hertsmere Borough Council.
MDA was initially engaged to provide architectural services, guiding the project from feasibility studies through to obtaining planning permission.
Subsequently, MDA was appointed by the contractor Parrott Construction to project completion.
Through collaborative working efforts, we ensured seamless integration within the existing urban environment, optimised the roof structure to incorporate PV panels on the largest block roof, and promoted a sense of community with ample green spaces and a connection to the much-used Clarendon Park.
The new apartments offer homes for both private and affordable rent, contributing to a diverse and inclusive community.
