S106 Housing Development, Flore

Nature of Work Undertaken

Michael Dyson Associates Ltd was appointed to Bromford Housing Group’s framework for the provision of Employers Agent, Quantity Surveying and Independent Certifier Services to assist with the delivery of an anticipated 1,000 units per year.

As the first placed consultant on the framework, we were appointed to provide services on two initial projects in Flore and Bidford on Avon.

The scheme at Flore delivered 19 residential units for a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership as follows:

• 4 x 1-bed flats for rent
• 5 x 2-bed houses for rent
• 6 x 2-bed houses for shared ownership
• 2 x 2-bed bungalows for rent
• 1 x 3-bed house for rent
• 1 x 3-bed house for shared ownership

The properties were successfully delivered by Bovis Homes under a s106 agreement with Golden Brick arrangement.
