Michael Dyson Associates Ltd is delighted to have been awarded two projects by the Vale of Glamorgan Council recently.
We are supplying Employers Agent services to deliver an environmental project in Barry, where the area is being refurbished to incorporate new off-street parking, lighting, landscaping, way finding and a children’s play area.
The second project is a Retrofit pilot of 26 dwellings and we are supplying Architectural, PAS2035, Quantity Surveying and Project Management services.
Both projects have been procured through direct awards via the WPA (Welsh Procurement Alliance).
We look forward to working with them on these projects.
