Michael Dyson Associates Ltd were approached by Equans who have just secured a 50-year facilities management and lifecycle works contract with Birmingham University.
Equans manage 764 bedrooms along with kitchens and bathrooms which require a condition survey to be completed before the rooms can be re-let to students in the summer. The findings of our surveys will influence the level of repair required in each room, and whether any elements require replacement over and above the planned redecoration.
The project will see Michael Dyson Associates Ltd further enhance our working relationship with Equans.
