Michael Dyson Associates Ltd is delighted to continue their work with Caerphilly County Borough Council by providing the retrofit design and co-ordination services on their refurbishment project in Cefn Ilan, South Wales.
Our appointment includes the supply of Retrofit Assessments, Design and Co-ordination services in line with PAS2035 on 28 dwellings across two streets in Caerphilly. The dwelling refurbishments will focus on installing and upgrading the energy efficiency measures including external wall insulation, new windows and doors, new heating systems, and the addition of photovoltaic panels.
We are looking forward to assisting Caerphilly County Borough Council in delivering more energy-efficient homes for their residents.
