Michael Dyson Associates Ltd is pleased to announce that we have been appointed by City of York Council to complete a 100% stock condition survey. Our surveyors will complete over 7,400 dwelling surveys including Gypsy and Travellers’ sites, apartment blocks and garages.
Survey outputs will be used to update information currently held by the council, in order to shape their asset management strategy and inform future planned programmes.
