Michael Dyson Associates Ltd are pleased to announce that they have been appointed as a specialist consultant by Colchester Borough Homes to undertake a structural investigation of Colchester City Council’s housing Stock of non-traditional properties. The commission includes for undertaking structural assessments to 100% of their stock of 135 non-traditional pre-cast Concrete, Timber and Steel framed properties. The results of the investigation will provide recommendations to allow Colchester Borough Homes to plan and prioritise budgets for any necessary repairs required to maintain the properties for a further 30 years.
