Our Director Michael Brown was invited to write an article for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for their monthly Built Environment Journal.
The article runs through the Lessons learned from our project in Lewisham following the removal of dangerous cladding at Hatfield Close and Gerrard House, south London, in 2017. These tower blocks have now been extensively refurbished and reclad, with the final landscaping improvement works forming part of Phase 3d due to be completed in the summer of 2022.
His article has now gone live on the RICS website and can be viewed by clicking on the link provided; Built Environment Journal – Lessons Learned from Lewisham Recladding Projects (RICS.org)
