Congratulations to Bid & Marketing Co-ordinator, Laura Sprawson, who is celebrating 10 years’ employment with MDA!
Laura joined the company in 2013 as Bid Administrator. Over the next 7 years as the Business Development Team changed, Laura’s role developed and expanded as she began assisting with tender opportunities and dealing with marketing for the company.
In 2020 during the pandemic, Laura successfully received her promotion to become Bid & Marketing Co-ordinator. As she continues to progress, MDA provides support of her future career aspirations within MDA.
Laura recently said of her time with MDA “I can’t quite believe it’s been 10 years since I started at MDA. One of the reasons I feel that I’ve stayed at MDA, is that I’ve been given the opportunity to progress within and that I’ve always felt supported by my team and the company”.
We would like to thank Laura for all her hard work, support & loyalty over the last 10 years and hopefully for many more years to come.
