Michael Dyson Associates Ltd was appointed as Lead Consultant for the re-cladding and refurbishment works to blocks at Hatfield Close and Gerrard House.
The Project Board recognised early that “communication is key” to deliver a successful project. The Project Board has identified 7 key project objectives and the Hackitt final report has also been thoroughly considered.
In addition to typical Employers Agent, CDM Principal Designer, Quantity Surveying and Quality Inspector services we are providing robust communication assistance as part of a “Core Communications team” which involves representatives from Lewisham Homes, United Living and other key stakeholders.
The Core Communications Team has successfully developed and implemented a robust project communications strategy, stakeholder analysis tools, communications action plan, social value plan and the like. The Project is progressing successfully and healthy project promotion is at the heart of the strategy to obtain ‘buy in’ from various stakeholders.
More information can be found via the project website (https://www.lewishamhomes.org.uk/hatfield-close-and-gerrard-house-transformation-project/) or through contact with our Project Lead, Michael Brown.
