Michael Dyson Associates Ltd is working with Equans and Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council to deliver energy efficiency works to 135 dwellings via Green Homes Grant funding. The works vary in nature across the properties including heating, ventilation, external wall insulation and window improvement measures, along with other ancillary works to ensure that the measures align with the design requirements of PAS 2035 and installation requirements of PAS 2030. MDA are providing a Lead Consultant role including the services of Architect, Retrofit Designer/Assessor/Co-ordinator/Evaluator and Principal Designer to deliver the works to the tight programme of the funding requirements.
