Following our appointment to Tower Hamlets Homes Block Refurbishment Framework, Michael Dyson Associates Ltd has been commissioned to oversee an external works programme to a number of flats and maisonettes within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. We are providing Contract Administration, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer services to manage the repair and refurbishment works programme which will include roof and window renewals, external decorations, new external doors, replacement fascias, soffits and gutters etc. The works will be carried out by South East based contractor Mullalley and will commence in Summer 2019.
