Development of Former Garage Sites

Nature of Work Undertaken

Michael Dyson Associates Ltd was appointed by Lincolnshire Housing Partnership to provide Employers Agent services in connection with the development of 23 new build dwellings across four former garage sites in Grimsby.

The four sites are located at Harlech Way, (eight properties), Bodiam Way, (seven properties), Bremerhaven, (four properties) and Dolby Vale, (four properties).

For a number of years, the sites had been a magnet for anti-social behaviour as the garages fell into dereliction.

The new dwellings are 2-storey units of traditional construction and funding from Homes England had been secured by Lincolnshire Housing Partnership to finance the project which will see the provision of much needed affordable homes in the area.
